As winter closes in on us, we try and find different ways to stay warm, and 12 Little Things can help us with that! Owner, creator and busy mama Zuri loves to knit and crochet clothing, accessories and household items. Zuri started knitting when she was put on bed rest and had not much else to do! She feels this forced time to rest was a blessing in disguise, as it launched her new business, 12 Little Things. This self taught knitter creates chunky, cozy and practical knits that become the “go-to: items in your closet. Zuri invites you to stop by her booth while at Krafted Market, to find the perfect piece to accent your winter wardrobe
Local artist Samantha Price makes one of a kind original gouache paintings and greeting cards. Each piece is carefully thought out and painted with love, then printed onto 100% recycled paper in various tones. Samantha finds inspiration in the magic of classical animation and the original watercolour technique of early Walt Disney® art. When creating her work, Samantha’s process includes drawing out drafts and sketches until she finds something that speaks to her, before working on the final copy. For Krafted Market, Samantha has collaborated with artist Matthew Johnson, who has made hand blows ornaments that she paints a beautiful illustration onto, using acrylic paint. Be sure to stop by her booth while at the market, and take home a piece of Samantha’s personal Christmas creations

Their eco-friendly tagua nut, also known as vegetable ivory, is sourced from palm trees in the rainforests of Ecuador. From there, Cathy and Ande use these tagua nuts to design and craft their jewelry in their Vancouver studio. Their line is inspired by the energy and vibrance of South America, and in particular, the rainforest.
