Lina Cutnam, from Vancouver BC, creates gorgeous, one of a kind leather and natural fibre accessories. Inspired by the beauty in nature, Lina uses various techniques when creating her work, including leather sculpting and pyrography (burning into the leather using a heated tool). Each piece she makes starts with a vision, an idea or a dream; depending on her vision, she may use techniques including felting, crochet, and even incorporates stones and shells into her amazing creations. Lina’s is truly a vision of beauty, embracing nature, and exhibiting a love for the fragile environment that we live in. We are so excited to have Lina be a part of Krafted Market; and Lina herself is excited to share her work with you – be sure to stop by and say hello while at the market, and to take in the stunning work of artist Lina Cutnam!
Rachel Moore, of Rachel Rainbow, makes an assortment of very colourful (think rainbow), handcrafted accessories for ages three and up. She has designed each piece from a nostalgic place of fanciful things with care and attention to detail.
Rachel Rainbow uses hand painted wooden beads (painted, sanded and varnished herself), soft nylon cording, high quality elastic, handmade tassels, thoughtfully selected charms and findings, as well as laser cut pieces that add to the charm of her work. Also, Rachel crafts lovely whimsical dream catchers, the perfect accessory for every little princess’ room! Rachel invites you to visit her booth at Krafted Market, and is excited to help you find that perfect gift for the princess (or princesses) in your life!
